Our client, a mid-sized manufacturing company in mechanical engineering, turned to IPIC AG (formerly REFA International AG) to urgently find a qualified Head of Work Preparation. The previous manager had retired, leaving the position vacant. Our needs analysis revealed that the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in work preparation in mechanical engineering
- Sound knowledge of Lean Management and Process Optimisation
- Experience in leading work preparation teams and the ability to lead a team
